Transition of Care Information
Phone calls will not be returned after the 23rd. We will only respond to portal messages regarding medical records.
Medical Records will be extracted from our office and transferred to Dr. McMurtry after we permanently close.
Records can be requested through the portal.
You may request medical records through the patient portal until October 8, 2025.
Records from the past seven years will be available.
If you need access to older records, the Healow portal will remain available for a limited time.

Lab Results will now be sent to your patient portal Inbox.
